In our state-of-the-art Transitional Care Unit we offer a rapid recovery alternative for patients requiring rehabilitation or medical services after an acute care hospital stay and prior to returning home. Medicare and/or most insurance plans cover these skilled nursing and therapy services when the goal is to return home or to reach your prior level of physical function.
Our post-acute care services include physical, occupational and speech therapy programs, complex wound care, IV therapy, Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), tube feeding, cardiac rehab care, post surgical care, infectious disease, pain management, oxygen therapy and other daily skilled nursing services. We accept admissions 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Our medical, nursing and rehabilitation team will inspire confidence that you or your family member is being treated with the highest quality of care in the most comfortable environment possible.
